+ Added %z<num> for Area= under [MsgArea.Ctl] and [FileArea.Ctl] to include
the number of the area padded to a lenght of <num> with zeros.
+ Added support for comments in SEAL.INI (preceeded by a ;).
+ Added support for packet passwords in packets created by Seal addressed
to your address.
+ Seal now recognizes and properly preserves the -u switch (introduced in
Squish 1.10) in the EchoArea line.
+ Seal will now recognize wildcard area names with the * as the first or
last character (ie. LAN*, *.ANNOUNCE).
+ Added NOTE parameter for sending a note to all configured downlinks.
+ Added ability to read/write implied nodes when writing a list of node
addresses.
+ Added capability to create Maximus 3.00 compatible MSGAREA.CTL and
FILEAREA.CTL files.
